This 9/9 is a intro into the world of Hammered Dulcimers. I have made quite a lot of these instruments for a wholesale client. The first of these were made to cover a blemish on the soundboard so they were rejected. I applied a black finish to the top to cover the blemish. These 9 + 9 instruments are light and therefore very easily portable. They have a pleasing sound too! This is a great opportunity to get into Hammered Dulcimers without ending up buying a duff Dulcimer from a random seller on Ebay.

These are not the tiny little dulcimers that are toys rather than instruments, these are serious instruments.

Note:- The black surface will show up dust to a far greater extent than the standard model. They do look attractive though. Best not played in the sun! Sun falling on the surface will warm up the instrument very quickly softening the glue.
